Account Deletion Request
If you would like to permanently delete your YellowTaxi account and all associated personal data, please contact our support team directly. We are committed to honoring your data rights in full compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
To request account deletion:
- Send an email to support@yellowtaxi.jo with the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the phone number or email address associated with your account.
- Our team will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days.
Please note that deleting your account is irreversible. Any active rides, pending payments, or outstanding balances must be resolved before deletion can be completed. Trip history required for legal or regulatory purposes may be retained as permitted by law.
